Here’s how it works

  1. Donate to SD13 DFL online or by check.
  2. Our Treasurer sends you a receipt (Form EP-3, Minnesota Political Contribution Receipt).
  3. Fill out 2025 Form PCR, Political Contribution Refund Application.
  4. Send your completed 2025 Form PCR and Form EP-3 (your receipt) to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
  5. Sit back, relax and wait for refund.
    1. Your money back in about 30 – 45 days.
