Here’s how it works
- Donate to SD13 DFL online or by check.
- Our Treasurer sends you a receipt (Form EP-3, Minnesota Political Contribution Receipt), and a copy of the Political Contribution Refund Application.
- Fill out the form and send it and your receipt (Form EP-3) to the Minnesota Department of Revenue
You can find the address, as well as instructions for completing the forms and further information at the Minnesota Department of Revenue’s website here - Sit back, relax and wait for refund.
- Your money back in about 30 – 45 days.
